Cebu Pacific offers more than one million seats on sale

Gokongwei-owned airline, Cebu Pacific (CEB), the Philippines’ leading carrier to South East Asia and the country’s largest domestic airline is offering more than one million seats on sale from, March 25 to 31, 2009. The system-wide seat sale is valid for travel from June 1 to December 31, 2009.

CEB is offering a P188 all inclusive one-way ‘Go Lite’ promo fare for its services from Manila to Busuanga (Coron), Cauayan (Isabela), Cebu, Iloilo, Laoag, Legaspi, Naga, San Jose, Tuguegarao, and from Cebu to Dumaguete. All other domestic destinations are on sale for as low as P488 (i.e. Manila-Bacolod), P788 (i.e. Cebu-Siargao) and P1,388 (i.e. Manila-Davao).

In addition, CEB is also offering a P799 one-way ‘Go Lite’ promo fare for its services from Clark to Bangkok, Hong Kong, Macau, and Singapore; and for its flights from Manila to Kota Kinabalu (Sabah), Kaohsiung, and Taipei.

Furthermore, ‘Go Lite’ fares for services from Manila to Macau and Hong Kong; and from Cebu to Singapore start from P1,299 one-way.  Meanwhile, flights from Manila to Bangkok, Singapore, Ho Chi Minh, Guangzhou; and from Cebu to Hong Kong are on sale for only P1,799 one-way. 

CEB services from Manila to Shanghai, Jakarta and Kuala Lumpur have a ‘Go Lite’ seat sale fare of only P2,799 one-way while the Manila-Osaka service is on sale for P2,999 one-way.

Promotional fares are non-refundable. Passengers booking international flights will only need to pay for applicable government taxes.

She concluded, “We hope that many will take advantage of this very low fare offering. More importantly, since we are offering this seat sale from all our international stations, we hope that this will help boost inbound tourist arrivals as well.”

Cebu Pacific offers P188 domestic; P1,488 international seat sale

Cebu Pacific (CEB) is offering a seat sale from  all its hubs – Cebu, Clark, Davao and Manila –  starting March 10 to 13, 2009, to keep travel affordable in these challenging times.

The promotional seat sale is valid for travel from April 1 to July 31, 2009.  Domestic fares are all-inclusive; Regional passengers need to pay travel taxes, except OFWs and foreigners staying in the Philippines for less than a year who are exempt. Promo fares are non-refundable.

Candice Iyog, CEB VP for marketing and distribution, said, “The current seat sale supports the focus on tourism to tide the country over the financial crisis. Cebu Pacific has always been keen in making travel more affordable for Filipinos.”

CEB is offering a P1,488 one-way ‘Go Lite’ fare for its Manila-Kota Kinabalu and Manila-Kaohsiung services. This is also extended to services from Clark to:

Bangkok 

Hong Kong 

Macau 

Singapore 

The budget airline is also offering a one-way P1,388 ‘Go Lite’ all-in fare for its Manila to Cotabato and Butuan services.

From Cebu, the airline is offering a one-way P188 all-in ‘Go Lite’ fare to Bacolod, Butuan, Dumaguete and Surigao, and a one-way P488 all-in ‘Go Lite’ fare to:

  Cotabato 

  Dipolog 

  GenSan 

  Legaspi 

  Ozamiz 

  Puerto Princesa 

  Siargao 

  Tacloban 

  Zamboanga. 

From Davao, the airline is selling a one-way P488 all-in ‘Go Lite’ fare to Iloilo and Zamboanga.

‘Go Lite’ fares are for passengers traveling with no check-in baggage.  Passengers with check-in bags just have to add P200 to the fare.
