Ok this story didn’t appear anywhere in the American Media. This was about the last visit of Barack Obama in Russia where he was totally ignored by Russian leaders when he offered to shake hands.
This video clearly shows that Russian Leaders totally ignore Obama’s initiative to shake hands.
After watching the video many times. You can tell that he’s really not trying to shake hands but instead giving an introduction for each Russian leaders.
