Obama Handshake Snubbed in his visit to Russia?

Ok this story didn’t appear anywhere in the American Media. This was about the last visit of Barack Obama in Russia where he was totally ignored by Russian leaders when he offered to shake hands.

This video clearly shows that Russian Leaders totally ignore Obama’s initiative to shake hands.

 

After watching the video many times. You can tell that he’s really not trying to shake hands but instead giving an introduction for each Russian leaders. They are very prejudiced in Russia from what I heard. Most people from my generation would gasp over that but what can you do about a country with that type of ideas, start a war?

Maybe History has something to do with US and Russia relation up to now. These two countries has been arch rival from Technology, space exploration, secret agents and even War. I kinda like the attitude of Russians where they show what they feel is right or whatever they believe in. I assume that's their culture.
But some actions will be rude to others because many thinks that it is not a proper way of accommodating visitors especially important ones.

In the Philippines however, we still managed to shake hands even with the enemy keeping aside any grudge between two parties.

Totally disagree!!!! I suggest you review the history of Russian views on Obama when Obama was elected to office. They have no respect to Obama because of his color; they downplay his initiatives. Can you guess why Russia supports Iran?

The cold or star wars has been history. Westerners never look back but ahead.
